Not every situation requires a trajectory immediately. Sometimes what is needed first is simply a conversation — to see whether and how Taradin is relevant for your context.

Tell us briefly what is at play
Everything discussed remains strictly confidential. Sensitive decisions require a safe context — that is the basis of every conversation with Taradin.
HOW TARADIN WORKS
A conversation with Taradin is not an intake in the traditional sense. It is a confidential and exploratory exchange — to assess whether the question, the context and the approach are a genuine fit.
Selective
Taradin works selectively and by appointment. Not every situation calls for an intervention.
No pressure
Contact does not begin with an offer, but with a careful alignment of question, context and fit.
Confidential
Everything discussed remains discreet — whether or not a trajectory follows.
WHEN CONTACT BECOMES RELEVANT
Most situations do not begin with a clear diagnosis. They begin with a feeling that something no longer fits as it should.
A leadership role may start to carry more weight than before. Persistent doubt gives way to clarity. A decision feels increasingly difficult because its consequences extend beyond the individual and affect a wider team, function, or organisation.
In other situations, intuition alone no longer provides sufficient guidance. What once felt obvious becomes harder to assess, and an independent perspective can help bring clarity before a direction is chosen or a commitment is made.
These are often the moments when a conversation becomes valuable — not because something is wrong, but because the cost of getting it wrong has become too significant to ignore.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION?
We will get in touch within two working days.
During a confidential exploratory meeting, we will clearly map out the issue and the context.
Where the situation requires it, this is followed by a Decision Clarity Scan: an independent analysis of the decision, the people involved, the role and the context.
Only then does it become clear which next step — if any — is most appropriate. This could involve a question regarding role fit, a deeper analysis of the individual, or a process focusing on role and decision architecture.
Not every question requires a follow-up process. Sometimes, clarity is all that is needed to make a decision with confidence.
