After more than 25 years of leadership experience in the financial sector, Margareta saw time and again how people can appear successful on the outside whilst simultaneously losing their inner sense of direction.
This book arose from that observation and from her many years of in-depth study of existential psychology, logotherapy and integrative psychotherapy.

Margareta Pyckhout
An economist, Executive MBA and former director in the financial sector. For many years, she found herself in situations where responsibility, integrity and inner tension intersect. In recent years, she has immersed herself in existential psychology, logotherapy and integrative psychotherapy, and founded Taradin, through which she supports organisations in addressing the question of what happens when the individual, their role and the context are no longer aligned.
