Taradin does not operate on the basis of traditional coaching or talent management, but rather on the basis of clarity of decision-making in key roles.
THE NAME
ترادين · Taradin< taarradhin is derived from an Arabic word referring to a win-win situation, but also to struggle — not conflict in itself, but the tension and challenges that must be overcome to reach something real.
That dual meaning reflects the work: lasting alignment rarely happens by itself. It requires clarity, inquiry and the willingness to face what no longer holds.

THE FOUNDER
Margareta Pyckhout
Economist and Executive MBA, with 26 years of experience in complex organisations — 18 of which at executive level. She built and transformed executive structures, operated at the intersection of governance, risk, operations and organisational design, and led system-level transformations under regulatory pressure.
Her work combines:
– executive decision-making experience
– accredited assessment expertise (LPA® practitioner)
– deep understanding of role, mandate and organisational dynamics
In recent years, she complemented this with training in existential psychology, logotherapy and integrative psychotherapy.
This combination — governance and psychology — allows Taradin to work where most approaches stop: at the point where decisions, roles and systems intersect.
