Fidelity and Data Use

Dear respondent, Thank you very much for your willingness to participate in this survey. We would like to emphasise that the information provided will be kept strictly confidential. Your personal data and answers will be used exclusively for internal purposes in the context of Taradin's market study on meaning-based antifragile leadership.

Data we collect will be analysed to gain insights and help us develop our leadership programme. Your identity will be protected at all times, and results will only be presented in aggregate form.

We appreciate your honest and valuable contribution to this survey. If you have any further questions about the confidentiality of your data, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@taradin.be.

Thank you for participating!

Best regards, The Taradin Team

We understand that you want information about Taradin. Please take a look in advance.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for senior executives, with at least 10 years of managerial experience, operating in a rapidly changing environment. We would like to learn more about your personal development and what you would need to feel more confident and stronger from the challenges you face. Therefore, we invite you to participate in our survey as part of a marketing study for a leadership development programme with the working title: 'Lead with wisdom: an in-depth journey to antifragile decision-making'.

To support our research, we would like to gather input that will enable us to gain an in-depth understanding of your leadership and personal development challenges, goals and expectations.

This survey will take approximately 30 minutes and will consist of 26 questions. We want to emphasize that your responses will be treated as strictly confidential and used solely for research purposes within Taradin; they will not be shared with others.

In exchange for your participation in this survey and a telephone interview (if you wish), you will receive one free coaching based on a question that really concerns you, which, subject to your approval, we will include anonymously in the development of the programme.

We thank you in advance for your participation in this survey.

If you know anyone who is interested in contributing input on leadership development, be sure not to miss out on sharing the link to the survey.

Background information

Before you start, we would like to briefly explain the two main concepts of the programme. It is designed to guide high-level leaders towards meaningful and resilient leadership. We believe that leadership is not just about coping with success and stability, but rather about being able to thrive in an increasingly complex and uncertain world.

In our training, we combine two important concepts: antifragility and profound self-awareness.

Antifragility, developed by Nassim Nicholas Taleb, refers to the ability to become stronger and grow as a result of challenges, chaos and setbacks. We will teach you how to apply antifragile principles in your leadership so that you can not only survive, but thrive in an ever-changing environment.

Profound self-awareness via logotherapy, developed by Viktor Frankl, focuses on discovering meaning and purpose in life. We will integrate the principles of logotherapy into our training to help you discover your personal meaning and calling as a leader. This will help you experience deeper fulfilment and satisfaction in your leadership role.

Our training offers a combination of theoretical frameworks, practical tools and personal guidance to support the development of meaningful and resilient leadership. We will join participants on a journey of helping them understand their own values and meaning, and lead their business to new heights towards a meaningful and anti-fragile organisation.

We hope you are excited to complete the survey. Your input is invaluable for us to tailor the training to needs and expectations.

Should you have any questions about the programme or the concepts of antifragility and profound self-awareness, do not hesitate to contact us. We are ready to help you and give you a better understanding of these concepts and how they support leaders. info@taradin.be
