Leadership Beyond Resilience in a New Context

Moving into a new country often brings senior leaders into roles where expectations, mandate and decision space are implicit rather than explicit.

Taradin offers independent role & decision clarity for expats navigating complex or regulated contexts — especially when high-impact decisions need to be made.

This is not relocation support and not coaching as a starting point. It is a sharp external view on human–role–context alignment.

Moving abroad is more than a change of address.
It often places leaders in contexts where identity, relationships and leadership are tested — and where expectations are rarely explicit.

Once clarity on role and mandate is established, Taradin also offers reflective programmes that support deeper integration and sustainable leadership in a new environment.

Role & Decision Diagnosis (for expats)

A short, independent diagnosis for senior expats who need clarity before making high-impact decisions.

We clarify:

  • your real decision space and accountability

  • role expectations and mandate

  • alignment between person, role and context

No trajectory. No programme. A clear professional judgement.

Why this matters for expats

  • Which decisions carry the highest risk if role boundaries remain unclear?

  • Where do cultural and organisational expectations collide with your leadership style?

  • How clear is your mandate — and where is it still implicit?

Taradin doesn't offer practical relocation services. We go deeper: we work with you on the invisible but decisive layers of identity, leadership, and connection.

What you gain

  • Reduced risk of misalignment, escalation or reputational damage.

  • A grounded leadership stance across cultures.

  • Better decisions in complex or regulated contexts.

  • Clarity on mandate, expectations and decision space.

How to start

You are welcome to experience our programmes in two ways:

  • At the Taradin studio in Antwerp's historic city centre – a warm and personal space to reflect and grow.
  • Online from anywhere in the world – the same depth and guidance, accessible wherever you are.

👉 From here, you can explore our different entry points – for example the Mirror Session,  the LPA®, or our longer programmes.

Frequently Asked Questions

At Taradin, we support expats at moments where clarity is needed before important decisions are made.
These FAQs explain how we work with role, mandate and context, and how reflective programmes can follow once clarity is established.

1. Is this coaching or therapy?

No. Taradin's starting point is independent role & decision clarity.
We help make implicit expectations explicit — especially in complex or regulated contexts. Coaching or longer programmes can be explored later, but they are not the entry point.

2. What kind of support does Taradin offer to expats?

Taradin offers independent clarity on role, mandate and decision space for expats navigating a new professional or cultural context.
Our work focuses on the alignment between human, role and context, particularly when high-impact decisions are at stake.

3. Can I work with Taradin if I live outside Belgium?

Yes. Role & decision diagnoses and reflective sessions can be done online from anywhere in the world.
If you are based near Antwerp, you are also welcome in our studio in the historic city centre.

4. How is this different from practical relocation support?

Relocation services focus on logistics such as housing, schools and administration.
Taradin focuses on what is often left implicit: expectations, mandate, decision space and leadership positioning in a new context.

5. Do organisations include this kind of work in expat packages?

Yes. Some organisations include role & decision clarity or reflective sessions as part of expat or leadership support.
Others engage Taradin independently, when a senior expat needs clarity before making key decisions.

6. Where should I start?

Many expats start with a Role & Decision Diagnosis or a Mirror Session, depending on their situation.
From there, longer reflective programmes such as the Anchoring Programme can be explored if relevant.
