About TARADIN
< taarradhin ترادين.
Taradin is derived from the Arabic word taʿāruḍ (ترادين), referring to a dynamic balance 'win-win' — a situation where different forces interact and create mutual benefit. It also carries the meaning of struggle: the tension one goes through in order to move forward.
That dual meaning lies at the heart of Taradin's work.
Taradin supports leaders and organisations at moments where person, role and organisational context no longer fully align. These moments often arise during growth, transition, increased responsibility or prolonged pressure — when existing ways of working no longer suffice.
Rather than offering generic leadership training or coaching, Taradin works at the level of identity, role clarity and decision-making in context. The focus is not on motivation or performance tricks, but on helping leaders regain inner orientation and functional positioning within complex systems.
What Taradin does
Taradin works with leaders, leadership teams and organisations facing complexity, transition or misalignment.
Typical questions we explore include:
-
Can this role truly be carried by this person, in this specific context?
-
Where does pressure arise from role design rather than from the individual?
-
What decisions are being postponed, avoided or absorbed at the wrong level?
-
What needs to be clarified in order for leadership to function sustainably?
Our work integrates identity-based inquiry, role analysis and decision architecture, supporting leaders to act with clarity, responsibility and integrity when the context becomes demanding.
Sessions take place in Antwerp or online, always discreet and by appointment.
Mission & orientation
Taradin's mission is not to make leaders more resilient at all costs, but to help them function truthfully and sustainably in their role.
We believe leadership deteriorates when people are expected to compensate for structural ambiguity, misaligned roles or unrealistic expectations.
Real strength lies in clarity, coherence and conscious positioning - not in endless adaptability.
Taradin therefore works from a perspective where meaning, responsibility and organisational reality are held together. Growth is not forced; it emerges when the right conditions are restored.
Who we are
Margareta Pyckhout
Owner and founder of Taradin.
She works with leaders and leadership teams in complex transition phases, where person, role and organisational context no longer fully align.
Drawing on 26 years of experience in the financial sector — including 18 years at executive and board level — she understands decision-making, pressure and accountability from the inside. Her work is further informed by education in applied economics, executive management, logotherapy and psychotherapy.
Margareta supports people who carry responsibility in recalibrating their role, direction and way of acting, without outsourcing judgment or diluting accountability. Her role is not to lead for others, but to create the conditions in which leaders can see clearly and choose consciously.
Taradin was founded in 2022 as an answer to a long-standing question:
What allows leaders to remain truthful and effective when complexity increases?
Collaboration with Katara
Joining forces for sustainable growth
Taradin collaborates with Katara, a partner organisation specialising in team development and sustainable organisational change.
This collaboration is grounded in trust, complementarity and shared values. While Taradin focuses on individual leaders and role-related transitions, team and organisational trajectories are taken on jointly, allowing for coherent work across levels.
Together, we support organisations in developing leadership and teams that are structurally sound, context-aware and future-oriented.
