Why the Core Scan?
Your leadership profile is your inner compass. It helps you to:
-
understand your natural style of leading and making decisions,
-
recognise your development opportunities,
-
reconnect with your authentic rhythm.
No labels, no judgement – only insight. Insights that resonate long after the session and are directly applicable in practice.
The Six Dimensions of Your Leadership Profile
Together, these six dimensions form a powerful compass for your professional choices:
-
Team dynamics
-
Conflict style
-
Working style
-
Learning style
-
Personal qualities
-
Management style
Beyond the Individual – Mapping the Team
The Core Scan can also be applied to management or project teams. It shows collective strengths, blind spots and stress reactions, making collaboration more transparent and effective.
Case example:
A management team discovered through the Core Scan that several members fell into the same controlling reflex under pressure. As a result, important signals were missed. By addressing this openly, the team agreed on clearer communication and faster decision-making. Within weeks, collaboration became more trusting and efficient.
For organisations and partners, we offer tailored formulas, including team debriefs and co-creation with HR consultants, so the LPA® can be integrated into existing leadership, talent and change programmes.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I take the LPA® online?
Yes. The LPA® can be taken fully online, including the debrief session. This makes it ideal for expats who want professional insight into their leadership style without having to travel to Antwerp. The experience and depth are the same as in person.
How does the Core Scan help leaders in transition?
The LPA® provides clarity at key turning points – whether you are moving abroad, starting a new role, or facing organisational change. It reveals your natural behaviour under stress and in decision-making, helping you to navigate transitions with confidence.
Is the Core Scan suitable for teams as well as individuals?
Yes. We can create a full team profile, showing collective strengths, stress reactions and blind spots. This helps management or project teams to build trust, improve communication and collaborate more effectively.
What makes the Core Scan different from other leadership tests?
Most tests provide labels or categories. The LPA® goes deeper: it combines a validated assessment with a personal debrief that makes the results directly meaningful in practice. Leaders often describe the insights as "resonating for weeks" and "immediately actionable."
Can the LPA® be part of an expat support package?
Yes. Companies increasingly include leadership and identity support in expat packages. The LPA® can easily be integrated into corporate expat programmes, or taken privately by individual expats who want to strengthen their self-insight and leadership abroad.
Can I take the Core Scan without a coaching programme?
Yes. The Core Scan can be taken as a stand-alone assessment. You will receive a detailed report and a 1-to-1 debrief session that gives you immediate insight into your leadership style and development points.
How long does the Core Scan process take?
After completing the online questionnaire (approx. 1 hour), we schedule your debrief within 1–2 weeks.
Is the LPA® scientifically validated?
Yes. The LPA® is based on validated psychometric models and is used internationally in leadership development.
What does the Core Scan cost?
The fee is €1,000, including the analysis, debrief and report. This is included if you continue with a Taradin programme. Different formulas apply for organisations and partners.
Who is the CVore Scan suitable for?
Executives, entrepreneurs and professionals who want to deepen their leadership style, increase their impact and strengthen their self-insight.
What makes the Core Scan, based on LPA®, different from other leadership tests?
The LPA® is not a standard test with labels. It is a profound conversation with yourself, supported by an analysis that resonates and is directly applicable in practice. Its strength lies in the translation to action.
Other Applications of the LPA®
Besides leadership development, we also apply the LPA® in contexts where experience and decision-making are central. For example, we developed the Living Experience Profile – an instrument designed for interior architects to understand how clients make choices, collaborate and experience their living environment.
